• for in-person visit, please dress in comfortable clothes (short and t-shirt (female: sport-bra) to move freely around as we do our best to keep you dressed through the entire process of physical examination and care.

• please arrive/log-in 15 minutes early to your in-person or online appointment to allow time to complete any additional forms prior to your initial consultation. 

• a thorough consultation and examination will be performed by the Doctor of Chiropractic. 
  1. consultation includes postural and gait analysis | discussing the area of pain and discomfort | completion of complaint-based outcome measuring tools. 
  2. physical examination includes x-rays radiology, vitals, regional review of system, active and passive range of motion, muscle strength and sensory proprioceptive testing. 
  3. detailed additional examination includes orthopedic test, neurologic test, and neuro-pathological muscle strength, sensory, and reflex test.
  4. when indicated, referral is made for additional test(s), radiology and/or/both metabolic tests. refer and/or/both follow up with an appropriate specialist or primary medical doctor recommendation is made. 

• when indicated, your chiropractor will refer for necessary diagnostic test to help determine a differential diagnosis and develop plan to meet your goal(s) safely and effectively. 

• initial appointment typically and dependent on individual's case may last 20-60 minutes. This will allow time for evaluation, room to collect, study, answer your question, and to begin your personalized recommended chiropractic care plan.
